Please note that monogrammed products, damaged products, or hats that have been altered in any way are not eligible for return.

Refunds for returns that meet our policy terms will be applied to the original form of payment. Any fees associated with expedited shipping services are non-refundable. While our custom hats will always ship to our customers at no charge, please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Shipping: All custom hat orders ship in approximately 10-15 business days via UPS. All orders ship for free via ground shipping within the USA, with the exception of Alaska & Hawaii. We do offer international shipping for an incremental shipping fee.
