Shipping policy

Heads Of State uses a variety of shipping partners. You order may be shipped via USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, or others. Heads Of State will cover the shipping fee via the ground method for all US domestic states, excluding Hawaii and Alaska. This does not include any expedited or express shipping. This does not cover international shipping outside of the US. If the customer wishes their product be sent via express or priority shipping, the customer will be responsible for incremental amount.

Due to the custom nature of each product, all custom hat orders typically ship  in 10-15 business days. Preorders ship in 3-4 weeks.
